Magitek repair materials are used to repair Free Company subs and airships. To craft them you need the master recipes 1 in any crafting class. They are made with grade 6 dark matter and dark matter clusters. You can buy grade 6 dark matter from certain NPC shops such as the one in Limsa near the ocean fishing minigame as well as junk traders that you can have in your apartment or house. You can buy them from the marketboard too but they will cost more. Once you have both those and a few crystals you can craft them. Below is a video showing where to find the materials as well as how much they are going for in my server. Prices can vary server to server so always check to see if it's profitable beforehand.
