The ff14 Halloween event All Saints Wake returns October 19th and lasts until November 1st. Some of the rewards include a pumpkin cookie eating emote as well as a doctors outfit and more. You can start the event by starting the quest called A Mad Masquerade. The exact location can be seen below.
