Integral Logs are used in crafting and are one of the higher leveled logs introduced in Endwalker. You need a high botanist level to gather them. They sell well since they are used in high leveled gear such as fishing poles and other stuff. If you have a high Carpenter level you can craft them into Integral Lumber for even bigger profits depending on the current value in your server. Below is a video showing the location of the logs.
