Rummy Nosed Tetra are a level 90 small sized fish located in Thavnair south west of Palaka's Stand in a big pool like pond. They are used as items to turn in for Levequests so people buy them frequently to turn in for fishing xp. You can also turn them in yourself for the xp and money that you get from it.
