Titanium Ore is located north of the Tailfeather aetheryte and is used in a mining quest. It is a Hidden item so some of the mining nodes wont have them while others will but they are still common so they are not hard to find. They sell differently for each server but since they are a quest item they should sell good for lower level players. The quest is a mining quest in the Heavensward expansion so this guide is mainly aimed at newer players. Below is a video showing the location of the mining nodes.
