Ovibos milk can be obtained by killing Ovibos's near Camp Broken Glass in Garlemald as well as bought with FATE gemstones. They are used in multiple high level dishes so people that don't feel like gathering them will just buy them to save time. If you plan on killing them they wont always drop the milk but you can increase the chance by being in a party and fighting them together then you will receive them at a higher rate.
