Kudzu Root is can be found in blue level 65 Lush Vegetation Patches near X:12,Y:25 in the Fringes. They are ingredients used in Super Potions and Ethers as well as other stat boosting drinks and meals so they have value most of the time because of this. They are easy to gather especially with a maxed level botanist using various actions to increase the gathering rate. Below is a video showing the locations and current value in my server at the time. The value varies but normally sells for around 300 or more each.
