In order to craft Orchestration Rolls you need to be a alchemist with the right master crafting recipes. You can get some master recipes by trading in the right materials to a guy in Mor Dhona. Once you can craft them go to the market board and look for some valuable Orchestration Rolls that you can craft. Once you find the one you want to craft buy the materials from the market board since the materials to make Orchestration Rolls are normally pretty cheap. You can also get the materials other ways such as certain Duties but they are normally very cheap on the market board. Below is a video example of one I made for money.
