Make Money Grand Company Seals and Ventures

This guide will actually be two different methods in one because one can be used to help with the other one. With Ventures you can send your retainers on them and they collect stuff for you. Depending on their class and level you can get different things. One way you can make money with them at the lower levels is by having them gather Elemental Shards such as fire shards because they sell well and you get a lot of them each Venture so the value adds up. Once you have them at a decent to high level you should send them on Quick Ventures because a lot of times they come back with gear and sometimes house items which sell good too most of the time. The higher the level and the better the gear you equip them with the more valuable the items will tend to be. At level 80 with good gear they sometimes get Venture Coffers that have different valuable dyes sometimes worth up to 500k or more. Most of the time they just bring back gear which you can use for the second part which is buying items with Grand Company Seals and selling them for Gil. Once you reach a certain Grand Company rank you can trade in unwanted gear for seals that you can use to buy Glacier Crystals which sell for 360 Gil each at venders so for a stack of 99 you can sell them for 35k Gil at vendors or up to double that amount if you sell it to the Doman Enclave person if you  have unlocked it. you can also get seals from FATES and other things but trading in gear is one of the fastest.
