Make Money Gathering Elemental shards and crystals

For this method you will be gathering shards or crystals. The value varies from server to server but normally in my server they go for around 40 to 60 Gil per shard. You can obtain them by gathering with a botanist or a mining class. Using the action The Twelves Bounty you can get shards and crystals pretty fast. You can also send your retainers on ventures to get them for you which helps too. Below is a video showing a good location to get fire shards and fire crystals as a botanist.
